Brian Bourdages - Superior Physical Therapy

Brian Bourdages

When I came to Superior I had been receiving a series of injections for my back pain and loss of nerve function in my legs. I was in considerable pain and skeptical about resuming PT since my experiences at other providers had been mostly ineffective. Once I started at Superior, I quickly realized they had a different approach than the other PTs I’d worked with. We started with working very gently with mobility, working in multiple planes of motion which mimicked real life. Soon, I was much to my surprise, more mobile than I had been in a very long time! I also started to gain confidence and my fear of re-injury was greatly reduced. After moving into more stability work I noticed that my flexibility and mobility were being sustained while my core was greatly strengthened. I even lost some weight from being able to move more! I’m so grateful for the help I received at Superior and the tools I now have to keep improving.
