Free2Play is a free, dynamic Movement Literacy program for all individuals of all abilities.

 Free2Play believes that every one can be an athlete – one who perspires and inspires. Demonstrate and develop the athlete in you by progressing purposefully through physical effort (Perspire.) to grow in your personal capacity to contribute to the wellbeing of others (Inspire.). With hundreds of videos,you set the priority and the pace in your progressive development – It’s You vs. You!

Superior Physical Therapy is excited to help facilitate this program throughout the Traverse City area.
