John Hanford – Superior Physical Therapy

SUPERIOR PT

Review by John Hanford

I started at Superior Physical Therapy 90 days after spinal fusion surgery, L-4 and L-5. I had been in a back brace since the surgery and this was my second back surgery after having surgery 2 years prior.I didn’t know what to expect. Prior I kept active, golfing, running, biking, water skiing, downhill skiing, and cross country skiing. I have been amazed at my progress! I had been through lots of P.T at other places, Superior was completely different. Each visit felt like finding the target to where I was weakest and working at that point. I was given videos and printed directions on how to work at home. This was huge to continue improving and were easy to do at home without any equipment. I feel like I’m back, made of steel, Nick calls me “RHB” or ‘rock hard body’. I will continue just once a month maintenance, and I cannot express enough how much this physical therapy has helped me!
