What is Your Shoulder Trying to Tell You?

The shoulder is one of the most overlooked yet complex structures in the body. Basic movements like reaching up to scratch your head, to opening your car door or picking up your child or grand child hinges on your bodies ability to move and operate the shoulder, and yet pain in the shoulder is often overlooked.

We so commonly hear “I didn’t realize how much my pain was really impacting my daily life!”. We get used to pain don’t we? A little twinge here or there and we think it will go away, until it snowballs and our day to day life revolves around our pain.

We’ve put together a simple series of three videos diving into the anatomy of the shoulder, the five reasons the shoulder may become painful, and finally action steps to try and relieve your shoulder pain!
